Why I built this
I built this app for two reasons.
I'm a PM for a health tracking product — helping chronic patients monitor daily health metrics. Our biggest pain point: users don't log consistently and often drop off.
I wanted to track my own yearly goals. Tried habit trackers — quit after 2 weeks. Not because they were bad — I'm just lazy.
Then I realized: The problem isn't motivation — it's friction.
I became my own case study. Built something different.
✕Open app → Wait for load → Find habit → Tick → Close. Too many steps.
✕Notification pops up → "Later" → Forget.
✓Notification pops up → Tap "Done" right on the notification. No need to open the app.
Now I'm using it myself, observing my own behavior — testing if this approach actually reduces friction, so I can bring insights back to improve our product at work.
Free to try. If you're lazy like me, give it a shot.
